Do you notice yourself feeling constantly overwhelmed, frustrated, and tired?

Has your relationship become an area of stress rather than peace?

Do you feel like going back to a simpler time, where it felt like there was less to worry about?

Do you wish to experience the peaceful life that you deserve?

We have all been there! It’s important you know that you are not alone, and these feelings are normal.

Every stage of life comes with its own set of challenges and stressors…and I am here to guide you through those moments.

ARE YOU READY TO FIND SOLUTIONS?

You are not a problem to be fixed; you are a person striving for a life of happiness and fulfillment. My job is not to “fix” you, but to collaborate with you on how to get there.

My hope is that you have a secure and safe place to share, explore, process, and change. Being open with another person is vulnerable and sacred, and it should be done with care, empathy, and respect. This is exactly what I strive to offer my clients when working with me. Therapy can be that space for you; a place to develop tools to take on life’s challenges with a therapist who will be there with you every step of the process.

THERAPEUTIC APPROACH

I believe all individuals have resources and strengths that, at times, get unseen and lost when feeling stuck in a problem or bind. As such, my main model I operate under is Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which focuses on finding the solutions that get lost in problem-saturated talk. I also explore the interconnection of this model through a social constructionist lens, which means that I will tailor our work focusing in your world and what matters most to you.

I am a Gottman Level 1 and 2 couples therapist, which allows me to collaborate with couples striving for connection. I also have extensive experience working working with children in a school-based setting.

I am open to working with a variety of populations, including individuals, couples, young adults, children, and families. My topics of interest include relationships, grief, life transitions, and faith.

A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ME

Academically, I received my bachelor’s degree in Music with a minor in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University (NSU). I completed my master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from NSU as well. Currently, I am pursuing my PhD in the same program.

Professionally, I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, and I am soon to be a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida (by October of 2026).

Personally, I believe variety is the spice of life. I am an avid enjoyer of many different hobbies, including reading, gaming, journaling, exercising, movie watching, and baking. I am also a big travel bug, always looking for the next place to explore! My favorite place that I have been to is, hands down, Scotland (basically my second home). I love to be in nature and spending time outside with my friends and family as much as I love cozying up at home alone with some coffee and a good book.

I look forward to learning about you and embark a journey towards your goals.

Please call 954-903-1676 or a free, 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’ll be a good fit to work together! I look forward to talking to you!
